I'm Molly (Anh) Nguyen, originally from Vietnam. I moved to New Zealand in 2019 and have called it home ever since. I work in customer success and operations in the SaaS space, sitting at the intersection of people, process, and technology.

I'm a natural systems thinker. I get energized by taking messy, undocumented chaos and turning it into something clean, efficient, and useful.

I don't fit neatly into one box. I can talk to clients, debug a broken workflow, build a training doc, and analyze data trends, sometimes all in the same day.
